  1. My first experience with this amazing sauce was after winning a bottle in a contest. It is by far the best hot sauce I have tasted! It has such a deep smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness. As the tag-line says, Great Scott It’s Hot! We went through that bottle quickly and I ordered more along with a pack of jerky. The jerky is so delicious! I highly recommend both!

  2. Hi! I’m no amateur when it’s comes to spicy food. Recently tried your hot sauce and thought it was great. I made chicken tacos and topped them off with a “generous” helping of your sauce. Looking forward to trying something with seafood. Maybe fried shrimp? Anyways, great job!

  3. Doc’s Fusion Fuel is some awesome stuff!!! Great flavor and nice heat!!! I highly recommend it!!!

  4. Today’s review is of Doc’s Fusion Fuel by @saucedandglazed. Just like I was, this sauce is produced in Ohio. This sauce is thick and takes a few good shakes to get some out. Before you even taste it, you can smell the smokiness exuding from the sauce! Once you get to tasting the sauce, it’s like a bbq and hot sauce fusion, and it’s quite delightful. The sauce is immediately sweet and smokey with just a subtle tartness to it. Initially, flavors include tomatoes, the cider vinegar, and maple syrup. As the sauce lingers and the smokiness lives on, the garlic, peppers, and onion are present. Eventually, the other flavors fade leaving the smokiness from the smoked paprika and natural hickory smoke flavor. Flavor: 9/10. This sauce would go incredibly well on ribs, grilled chicken, pulled pork, blackened fish, really all the meats (or tofu). The heat in Doc’s Fusion Fuel takes a moment to be present, it comes right behind the initial sweet profile, so don’t be fooled. After the Habaneros are noticeable, they continue to build in heat for a good 15-20 seconds until they peak with a nice medium burn throughout the mouth. The heat makes its way into the sinus and sticks around for a bit before begrudgingly fading away, leaving you with a slightly numb and smokey mouth. Heat: 5/10. I really enjoyed how the sweet, spicy, subtly tart and smokey profiles all mixed to make one consistent and delightful flavor. It was like several instruments in an orchestra coming together to make music. I will continue going back to this in the future, wherever it may take me. Overall: 9/10

  6. Love…This…Stuff!!! This hot sauce created a hot sauce addiction for me. It’s Smokey and sweet. It’s my go to sauce for everything. Pizza, eggs, biscuits and gravy, shrimp and grits, EVERYTHING. Do yourself a flavor and get some.

  7. The beef jerky is great! Minimal salt with a nice bite. Takes a moment to hit, but made me cough. Maybe I’m a wimp lol. Definitely on my radar for future purchase!

  8. Docs Fusion Fuel hot sauce is amazing! And the Jerky is on par with the greatest movie ever, BTTF. I made wings with the hot sauce, and I can tell you they were the best wings I have ever eaten!! I will continue to buy and use Docs Fusion Fuel until Time travel is actually invented, only to go back in time and start eating it again!! I love it!

  9. Doc’s Fusion Fuel is a sauce that anyone that likes a little zip their meal should have in their future! It adds a wonderful smokey taste to a variety of foods. I’ve enjoyed on burgers, pulled pork, and chicken. This sauce has consistently been in my top 5 since I first tried it and I plan to keep this stocked regularly in my home.
